Join Monoplay Casino in Minutes
Opening an account with us takes under three minutes. This page walks you through the registration form, account verification, the welcome offer with promo code MONO100, and your first deposit from Australia.
Who Can Register With Us
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with us. One account per person, per household and per IP address. Duplicates get closed without refund of winnings, so if you already hold an account, log in instead of creating a new one.
We accept players from Australia and most countries worldwide. The following jurisdictions are restricted: USA, UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea.
How We Set Up Your Account
Registration runs entirely in your browser, mobile or desktop, with no app download. Follow these steps:
- Tap Register on monoplay-aud.com and open the sign-up form.
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- Fill in your full name, date of birth, residential address and mobile number.
- Choose your account currency: AUD, USD, EUR, BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC or DOGE. We recommend AUD for Australian players to avoid conversion costs.
- Confirm you are 18 or over, tick the box accepting our terms and privacy policy, and submit.
- Open the confirmation email and click the activation link. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder or ask our 24/7 live chat to resend it.
Verifying Your Account
We verify every player before the first withdrawal. You can upload documents right after registration so payouts are never held up later. Processing takes up to 48 hours, usually less.
Submit scans or photos of the following:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver licence).
- Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement).
- Proof of payment method (card photo with middle digits covered, or crypto wallet address) once you have deposited.

Fixing Common Sign Up Issues
If the form rejects your details, the usual culprit is a mismatch between your name as spelled on your ID and what you typed. Age must show 18 or over. Emails that never arrive are almost always caught by spam filters, or the address was entered with a typo.
Verification gets declined when documents are blurry, cropped or expired. Retake the photo in good light with all four corners visible. Duplicate accounts are blocked automatically; if you forgot old login details, contact [email protected] and we will recover the original account instead.
